Sendian Integrated Facility Management (SIFM)

SIFM provides integrated facility management services across Hard FM, Soft FM, consultancy, support services, and ELV/security integration. Our model combines technical maintenance, lifecycle planning, QHSE compliance, and CAFM-based reporting to ensure operational reliability and asset protection for commercial, residential, healthcare, education, retail, and mixed-use facilities.

With 51+ years of cumulative FM experience and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 41001, and ISO 22301 certifications, SIFM supports both private and governmental stakeholders across Qatar.
